This morning Dothan Police responded to the 400 block of South St Andrews Street for a shots fired call. Police arrived and the suspect had allready left the scene. A report was filed and the victim who knew the suspect went to file for a warrant and returned home. Mean while the suspect came back armed and the police responded back and took him into custody.
