Shots Fired into an Occupied Dwelling

Houston County Deputies and Columbia Police are out on Hwy 95 with a report of a person shooting into an occupied dwelling. The suspect is armed with a shot gun and fled into the woods. When Chief Floyd arrived with other deputies, they learned the suspect had went into the house and the victim had came outside.

The suspect came out and gave up to law enforcement with out incident. No one was injured how ever the suspect will be take to the Houston County Jail.
