We would like to let everyone know that we will not tolerate anybody stealing or tampering with our signs. We work hard to serve our customers and sell their properties. The sign that was stolen is a INGRAM LAND & DEVELOPMENT LLC directional sign that is used for somebody to navigate their way to the properties we have for sale. I replace 9 of these signs in this certain neighborhood before we obtained photographic evidence of who was taking them. These signs are valued at $10 a piece not counting my labor, gas, and time involved. The value of the property these signs were representing is over $200,000 and could have lost a sale for the owner of the property. We want to encourage people to report the theft of real estate signs as realtors in this area work hard to sell these properties. Also if anybody has any questions or concerns about our signs or sign placement they can call me directly on my cell. If we have any signs that have not been picked up or some in a place that bothers someone we will be glad to look into the situation.
