Slocomb Man Charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Unlawful Breaking and Entering

The Dothan Police Department has made a two count felony arrest following a recent investigation. Police say Gregory Lathery was arrested after an ongoing investigation revealed he was illegally in possession of a credit card which he used at a local business to make a purchase. Police say the credit card was stolen during a breaking and entering of a vehicle a short time before the card was used. Investigators say the case will now be closed following this arrest.


 


 


·        Gregory Lathery, white male, 47 years of age, of Slocomb, Alabama was arrested and charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Unlawful Breaking and Entering of a Vehicle with a $2,500 bond.
