Slocomb Man Charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance

On February 23, 2013 the Dothan Police Department made a felony narcotic arrest following a traffic stop. Police say a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle driven by Raegan Kelley because he failed to yield to oncoming traffic as he exited the parking-lot of a local business. After making contact with Kelley, officers were advised he had a warrant for his arrest. While detaining Kelley, officers found crystal methamphetamine in his possession

 

• Raegan Everett Kelley, white male, 22 years of age, of Slocomb, Alabama was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with a $15,000 bond. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
