Station, Alabama Man Arrested for Traveling to Meet a Child for Unlawful Sex

On June 28, 2012 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following an ongoing investigation. Due to the sensitive nature of the case limited details are being released however police say 47 year old Jerry Dale Bowman was arrested and charged with traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act and Electronic Solicitation of a Child.  

 

The Dothan Police Department would like to thanks the Alabama Bureau of Investigation for their assistance with this case.

 

 

·        Jerry Bowman, white male, 47 years of age, of Smiths Station, Alabama was arrested and charged with Traveling to Meet a Child for an Unlawful Sex Act and Electronic Solicitation of a Child with bonds totaling $400,000.
