There’s still time to enter the GIZZARD COOK OFF! Only 6 people entered so far and a $500 first prize, so your odds are good. 



Think you know how to make some mean gizzards? Then try your skills at the Fatbacks Great Alabama Gizzard Cook-Off! It’s $20 to enter and you get a ticket for Friday (when you pick up your gizzards) and also Saturday (when you turn in your gizzards) at the Tri-State BBQ Festival.
