Dothan Police have confirmed they have located the vehcle and have a suspect in custody. Dothan Police Criminal Investigators are responding to sort out all of the details.

Dothan Police Sgt. Tim Odom wants to remind the public...always take your keys and lock the doors. Do not get out of the  car for gas, just to pop in the store or for any reason and leave the car running or keys in the ignition.

You know the old saying...locks are on the doors to keep the questionable honest people honest...they walk by and try yhe door and it is locked, they walk on. If the door is unlocked...if the keys are in the ignition, it might make someone not think twice, to easy.

Follow Sgt. Odom's suggesstion...take your keys and lock your doors.

HATS OFF to DPD in the quick location and apprehension of the stolen vehicle and suspects.
