Storm Likely To By-Pass Alabama But EMA Keeping An Eye Out

A tropical storm formed Thursday morning in the Caribbean Sea and will move into the Gulf of Mexico over the next day or so.  Projections say the storm will move south of Alabama before moving inland near the Louisiana, Texas border.

However, local EMA officials are not ignoring the storm knowing the track could change.  It will almost certainly be named Bonnie later Thursday.
