Structure Fire Reported at 10449 South State Hwy 605

HOUSTON COUNTY: Multiple Fire units from Southern Junction, Madrid and Rehobeth responded to a report of a structure fire at 10449 South State Hwy 605. Reports where the grill and porch were on fire and the homes was still occupied. The first unit on scene advised nothing visible. The occupant had put out the fire just before the first units arrived. Rehobeth Rescue responded. The road the fire is located on is closed due to emergency equipment blocking the road. 


The fire was contained to the screened in porch area and did not cat the entire house on fire.
