Multiple fire units from Dale County and Bay Springs Fire are on scene of a structure fire at 55 St. Andrews Street in Pinkard. Repoerts are the structure was fully involved with fire when first units arrived. PLease use caution when driving in this area.



We have been told that the gentleman who lived in the house is a veteran, he lost everything he had.  He escaped the house with nothing but the clothes on his back, didn't even have shoes on.  He is also fighting bone cancer.  He has no family, except his community.  His car was a total loss, he only had liability on it.
