                Marianna, FL 32448

 

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)

               

 

          On September 23rd, 2012 at approximately 3:00 a.m., officers with the Marianna Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Caledonia St., on a Grey in color, Jeep truck. Upon conducting the stop for the traffic infraction of inoperable tail lights, contact was made with the driver of the vehicle, Michael Bramblett. During the traffic stop, officers were able to gain consent to search Bramblett’s vehicle. During a search of Brambletts person a small plastic green container was located which had a white crystalized substance which field tested positive for the presence of Methamphetamine. Bramblett was arrested and is being charged with the above listed charges. Bramblett was transported to the Marianna Police Department for processing and later taken to the Jackson County Correctional Facility to await first appearance.
