Dothan, ,AL   The attorney for the Dothan school board said the vote Monday night selecting a new school superintendent using secret ballots was illegal. The decision was made after attorney Jere Segrest was contacted by WTVY’s Ken Curtis questioning the validity of the vote and its compliance with the Alabama Opens Meetings Law.
