Surprise - Houston County Judge Will Not Dismiss Bingo Suit

HOUSTON COUNTY: Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Mike Conaway issued a surprise ruling today in the case of Big Luther Strange verses HEDA and the machine manufacturers at Center Stage.

Judge Conaway surprised everyone and denied the motion to dismiss the case. Now the case will move forward to a trial by the Judge, not a jury but by the Judge. ( I am being smart when I say a surprise move - no one expected the Judge to dismiss the case ).

Big Luther, who is controlled by former Alabama Bob Riley has proven several things:

(1) He will do whatever Bob Riley tells him,

(2) He entered into an agreement with Bob Riley to take millions of dollars from the BP Oil Spill victims to fight bingo. when oil was found on his hands he had to return the money,

(3) He wanted the Judge off the case in Greene County. Strange got the Judge he wanted, a special Judge from Jefferson County and got the search warrant for Greene County. After the search warrant the Judge found out that Strange's office and law enforcement had, politically correct misrepresented the true facts - in southern English - they lied - and Strange's office was ordered to return the equipment to Greene County. They operate today.

(4) The Indians are on protected ground and operating bingo today. Strange and Riley created a monopoly for the Indians.

(5) Strange fought the defendants motion to rescues in the Houston County case.

(6) Strange is not fighting to make the Macon County Judge recuse himself.

(7) Strange, who claims he is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the State of Alabama, when a child was trapped in a underground bunker in Dale County never appeared or sent representatives to Dale County to assist. The Governor did, but it is Strange that runs  around claiming to be the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the State of Alabama and not the Governor.

(8) Strange has helped prove that Roy Moore apparently has had his robe to tight which cut the oxygen off to his brain and killed some brain cells. Because when he was Chief Justice before Moore was kicked from office for disobeying a Federal Court order. Now as Chief Justice again, Moore commented on gambling and has cases before him to rule on. My understanding that is a violation of the judicial Canon of Ethics.

(9) Strange will not do a on camera interview with me because he knows I WILL ask the detailed questions.

(10) Strange has a witch hunt grand jury empaneled in Houston County.

(11) Proven an Attorney General Opinion and Charman tissue have something in common, but Charman is more useful! Former Attorney General Troy King said the machines were bingo, Luther was in office one day and said they were illegal. Therefore the opinion of the Attorney General depends on who the Attorney General is. And Charman toilet tissue is more useful and soft!!!

When I caught Strange in the Montgomery restaurant weeks ago, was he still doing lobby work????

All of that said to say...Judge Conaway denied the motion to dismiss. I guess that's all I should have said...

NOTE:  Judge Conaway is a good and honest man. However, the Attorney General is inconsistent with his requests and cherry picking what Judges. The excuses the Houston County Judges gave for recusal, they got a copy of a letter that Houston County sent to then Governor Bob Riley and all the publicity. If those excuses were viable, then the AG should not have opposed the recusal of Judge Conaway.

However they did, then in Greene County wanted a different Judge now in Macon County want a different Judge. The appeals court ruled against the Attorney General but the Alabama Supreme Court led by Roy Moore ruled in favor of Luther Strange.

Will this ever end and why will the Alabama Legislature not let the people vote on the issue? Well they think we are to stupid...and seeing some of those the people have elected to serve...they could have a point!
