Suspect Arrested for Possession of a Forged Instrument

 Over the past several weeks Ashford Police Department has been conducting an investigation into the theft of several checks that were stolen from one of our local Resident.

On this date Ashford Police, assisted by the Houston County Sheriff’s Office, arrested Susie Ann Hicks, white female, 38 years of age who resides at #62 Durham Road in Pansey, AL on six counts of Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree, which is a Class C Felony. She was placed in the Houston County jail on a $30,000.00 Bond.
