**NOW IN CUSTODY**




On October 3, 2013, the Dothan Police Department took custody of Annie McLeod and Alberta Armster after both turned themselves in at the Dothan City Jail.




Investigators say that on or about August 23, 2013, McLeod and Armster were in possession of two bank checks from a local motel, which they both cashed without knowledge or permission of the business.




McLeod and Armster have both been charged with second degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, bringing this case to a close.






  • Annie Margaret McLeod, black female, 45 years of age, of Ozark, Alabama was arrested and charged with second degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. A bond amount was set at $2,500.00








  • Alberta Armster, black female, 46 years of age, of Ozark Alabama was arrested and charged with second degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument. A bond amount was set at $2,500.00







Both subjects are innocent, until proven guilty in a court of law.
