TALLAPOOSA CO., AL (WSFA) -


The Tallapoosa County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a double homicide, according to Sheriff Jimmy Abbett. 


Sheriff's Deputies are investigating the double homicide at a residence in the Pate Road area.


Abbett did say that one person is in custody at this time.
