It's never too late to improve your health with Tai Chi. Ongoing Beginning, Health Recovery, and Continuing classes in the Taoist Tai Chi Society™ Internal Arts and Methods are currently held at the Enterprise YMCA (you do not have to be a member of the Y) and the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany Parish Hall. 


A schedule of classes is available on request and online. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise that promotes health and relaxation. It is suitable for all ages and physical conditions. All classes are taught by accredited volunteer instructors.
