Tax Free Holiday This Weekend

DOTHAN:    Tax free shopping weekend begins 12:01 AM Friday through 11:59 PM Sunday for school related items.


WONDER - kids need cars to travel to and from school. Are they tax free this weekend? NO.


But items for school related issues are on sale and tax free.


THANKS to the wonderful governmental leaders that are proving this wonderful opportunity to the public.


School begins in August. We have had emails about the Houston County School system dress code. I have not looked but the emails reported to me the dress code was not on the Houston County Schools web site. Check for yourself and let me.


If it is, GREAT. If not, that is not surprising. Pitchford, a Henry County resident but a Houston County elected servant, oops...OFFICIAL...he is only a self serving servant!


Anyway, no idea of the dress code.
