Tennessee Woman Seriously Injured In Okaloosa County Crash

On July 6, 2012, Florida Highway Patrol Trooper M. Davis was dispatched to a one vehicle accident on U.S. 98 on Okaloosa Island. A 2000 Land Rover Discovery was traveling West on U.S. 98 when the vehicle left the roadway to the left. The driver of the vehicle then corrected to the right causing the vehicle to rotate to the right and crossing both Westbound lanes. The vehicle then entered onto the right shoulder. The driver of the vehicle corrected back to the left and the vehicle started to roll. The vehicle rolled several times before ejecting the driver. The driver collided with a tree after being ejected and came to a final rest on her side. The vehicle came to a final rest on it's roof. The driver of the vehicle, Kaylei Seidner, 21, of Franklin, Tennesee was seriously injured in the crash and was transported to Sacred Heart Hospital.
