HOUSTON COUNTY ( MONTGOMERY ):   Thank you to Attorney Joey Sheffield for your diligent work this past week in the representation of former Houston County Commissioner Bobby Snellgrove.


Last week a Houston County Jury of 12 for Bobby Snellgrove NOT GUILTY of the charges lodged against him by the Alabama Attorney General Office - Luther Strange and Matt Hart.


A living nightmare for Snellgrove since 2013. One where a kindegarten child would have known there was no way to get a conviction. Sheffield knew within two hours of reading the discovery, this was manure.


But the manure cost Snellgrove thousands of dollars to defend himself. Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange and Matt Hart, well it cost them nothing. They run to Houston County, empanel a Grand Jury. They bring witnesses in and treat them like dogs. They belittle them behind the closed doors in when the public can not see how much of a jack ass they are towards the people. They get indictments.


Indictments where they can look important. Where Strange and Hart can attempt to look like they are really doing something. Get media coverage and beat their chest.


But when it comes time to prove thier case, well they fail.


Now the prosecutors they sent. Great folks. But they were dispatched to Dothan and had no choice. But they seemed like good and honest gentleman. But they had no decison making authority.


Strange spent $ 1169.00 to fly a lady with Verizon from Newark New Jersey to Dothan to testify. To testifu that Verizon did not have the phone records!!!


Strange and Bob Riley stole $ 25 million dollars of the BP Oil Money. When their hands were caught in the oil well, Strange had to return the money he and Riley stole. It was stole to fight electronic bingo.


They are a JOKE!


Prosecutors have no accountability. They have established a system to anger victims and attempt to destroy people. Often times they use zero common sense. 


And Alabama is broke because of idiots in power. Strange is one of them.


THEY COULD TAKE LESSONS FROM THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY FOR THE 33RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT...


Kirke Adams that represents Dale and Geneva County. Eat up with common sense.


Prosecutors need to learn from Adams.
