DOTHAN:    I want to thank all who attended and organized my surprise birthday party Saturday evening.


My son, John Curtis and co-worker Ricky Beck organzied a group of about 40 persons for dinner at Hunt’s Restaurant. It was fun and a surprise. I wish to personally thank each and everyone that took time from their schedule to make the night a special occassion.


Also many thanks to the text messages and FACEBOOK comments that wished me a Happy Birthday.


We press on for 2015. Hope all have a great and exciting year.

Also many thanks to Aleshia Moody for a wonderful and creative birthday cake. It featured Waffle House and pay at the cash register and the handcuffs to the courtroom door. Funny. Aleisha is a wonderful cake baker and decorator and does an oooutstanding job!


HISTORY


Waffle House - for over one year I ate breakfast at Waffle House. I had gone on a diet but the pills made me a very irritable person. But I found out eating breakfast each morning I was not as hungry. Also prior to the diet I was a coke-a-holic drinking 6 to 8 cokes a day. Now the only one I drink is when I finish my breakfast. The Waffle House got a new manager who called me out because I always paid at the table. I had done so for a year. My system is, I eat and when ready to go I order a coke to go. Usually my ticket is there I pay and hand it to the waitress or it is laying there as she hands me my coke. There had never been a problem until a new manager. The manager called me out, called the police and had me ban from the Waffle House. After my concersations with corporate and he sent two suits from corporate, I am allowed at Waffle House.



Courtroom Door and Chains - one morning my staff came and got me about two persons who failed to appear in Dothan Municipal Court. I explained to them the options, one was handcuffing them to the courtroom door. By doing so it would throw Dothan in panic and in 10 minutes they would handle their case. They gentleman were in agreement, that is until people like Al Sharpton WANT-A-BE Kenny Glasgow got involved. Then Kenny wanted it a racial that a white man chained two black men to the door. Get this, in the lobby of Dothan Police Department in front of a officer. The Magistrate let them sign a warrant on me for unlawful  imprisonment. They brought in a out of town hit man Judge who convicted me and sentenced me to serve 10 days in Dothan City Jail. Dothan staff would love to see me in red coveralls sweeping the floors before a Dothan Commission Meeting. I have appealed the case to Houston County Circuit Court.
