The Correct Information Concerning A EMAIL which was Posted

GENEVA COUNTY:    There was a email from a reader that was posted Geneva County. This had been checked and Geneva County and Geneva County DHR and Geneva - Dale County District Attorney did all they were suppose to in this situation.

The email was complaining about a child custody issue. All was properly by all agencies involved. The child was located and the suspect is currently sitting in the Geneva County Jail.

The email slipped by me and was posted. The email was written as someone complaining. However ALL agencies  involved, law enforcement, DHR and the District Attorney's Office did as they were suppose and the situation resolved with an arrest and the child returned to the mother.

Domestic issues are never easy for any of the parties involved. And they are most especially never easy for the agencies involved.
