WDHN's Ken Curtis broke the story last Wednesday about the theft of personal information from Flowers Hospital.  Others aired the story several days later.

Now, Ken is reporting a lawsuit may be filed against the hospital for their lack of record keeping security.  And, he reports that a man HAS been arrested and accused of trying to sell people's personal ID information.  A man who worked at Flowers Hospital and was hired despite what appears to be a repetitive history of alcohol related problems.

You can read Ken's story here.  Well worth the reading.

Dothan Citizen - May 05 2014 12: AM 13:06
I had a first-hand experience with laboratory incompetence. Apparently there are two labs in this location. One is in my insurance network; the other is not. I began getting bills from one lab that should have gone to the other and been paid by my insurance. They were starting to get nasty and threatening and it took several months of "negotiating" before they admitted their error and wrote it off.
