Its bad the world has come to this.


I was just at the Walgreen Pharmacy at the East Main Street and Ross Clark Circle. When I walked in I saw an elderly black man outside talking to a scrawny looking white guy who was maybe in his 30’s.


When I was at the counter the elderly Back man was at the check-out and told the clerk this guy was outside with a hard luck story asking for gas money.


The clerk says "is he out there again? he’s been taking money from people with this same story since Christmas."


So if anyone at any of those business along East Main street and the Ross Clark is approached by a small white guy in a silver Honda, you need to resist the urge to be a decent human being and help someone out.


He is just a thief with a hard luck story.
