THis One Will Shock You - Speaker Hubbard Could Be Right

LEE COUNTY AL:    First let me make it clear, I am not a fan of Alabama Speaker of the House Mike Hubbard. I only know him from a distance and have never had a conversation with him. But from a distance, I AM NOT A FAN!

However, I must defend him in the indictment. I do not know the facts, however I will say, with the Chief Investigator which is listed  on the indictment, I smell CORRUPTION. But that CORRUPTION comes from within the Alabama Attorney General Office.

The Investigator listed on the indictment of Mike Hubbard and was listed on the indictiment of Barry Moore, well is Keith Baker.

Baker is a former FBI Agent. He was the FBI Agent assigned to the investigation of those indicted on bingo and Ronnie Gilley.

When the trial started, Federal Court Judge Myron Thompson made the statement they had to take up the matter of Baker. Thenall parties went to the back room where no one could be. The matter was discussed under seal.

From that point, Baker was removed from the courtroom and never testified in the first trial. In the second trial, Baker was at the prosectution table, but never testified.

All of the media knows what the rumors were. In the divorce filed by Baker's wife, it supports the rumors. But all media is scared of publishing the story because of Judge Thompson order under seal. But it would shock the confidence in the integrity and honesty of law enforcement, prosecutors and the judicial system if the information rumored was true and public.

We know there is validity because of Baker's removal.

But, understand, government operatives protect government operatives. If you have kept up with the story from Madison County, you will see I am telling the truth.

THE BINGO CASE

The Alabama Department of Public Safety, over 600  members. The only person that the Alabama Department of Public Safety could find to assist in the bingo investigations was Joe Herman. A member of the Alabama Bureau of Investigation.

Joe Herman is married to a lawyer. His wife represented Milton McMegregor's son in law in the divorce of his daughter. That was prior to the indictment in Federal Court.

Get this, over 600 in Alabama Department of Public Safety, and the only person you can find, his wife represented McGregor's son in law in a brutal divorce of his daughter.

Herman was a partner to Baker. Baker's wife later filed for a divorce. She was represented by Montogmery Attorne Floyd Minor. Some few days after the divorce was filed, Minor withdrew. Herman's wife then entered her appearance for Baker's wife and dismissed the divorce.

Baker's actions, had it been a civilian, they would have been arrested and charged. But the government sealed the records, covered it up and not let the public know what it was.

Baker apparently retired. Then Luther Strange hired him.

So when Mike Hubbard's attorney yells this stinks, and you look at the players, and know the rumors which were during the trial, then you have to agree.

Assistant Attorney General Davis wants to defend. Sir, you have no validity because of the corruption you have surronded yourself with.

Investigations are to be honest and truthful. Grand Jury proceedings are secret. They are a con and should be outlawed. They are a joke and misused.

However, Mark White and Mike Hubbard need to challenge you every turn of the way.

BARRY MOORE TRIAL

One of the bingo attorneys, Bill Baxley, represented Barry Moore. Baxley never got into the allegations on Baker. It is my understanding it was because he was afraid of federal court.

Hubbard's attorney, well he can get into it. He was not involved in the bingo investigation and trial. And the questions should be free game.
