Time For Racist Amos Newsome To Go

DOTHAN:    My prediction this past Tuesday was the vote would be 6 to 1 with Newsome opposing.


Dothan Commissioner Amos Newsome called the process of the Police Chief selection as "slimmy". Newsome jumped Dothan City Manager Mike West, he talked about Mayor Mike Schmitz. Newsome voted against Steve Parrish for Police Chief.


FIRST, if Newsome was a man of character, the women would not be the only ones being prosecuted for the election ballot fraud cases. You realize WOMEN are being prosecuted for voter ballot fraud in the election of Amos Newsome.


You realize that Newsome has only won the past several elections because of Absentee Ballots. It was not because of the regular votes.


But it is not Newsome going to jail but WOMEN. But Newsome was the candidate.


What did these women have to gain by Newsome getting elected?


SECOND, if surveillance was established and maintained, Newsome most likely does not live in his district. Newsome has a two story house on West Main Street across from Montana Street intersection. But he has a trailer in his district. One where he occasionally stays.


So if a continuous surveillance was established then Newsome probably does not live in his district.


Newsome is different. On Tuesday he was idiotic. Newsome was totally off his rocker on Tuesday and all over the board.


Sympathy to Dothan Mayor Mike West and fellow Commissioners. I even feel sorry for the ’ol Choker - Albert Kirkland. You can not fix STUPID - and Newsome on Tuesday fit that mold.


I applaud Commissioners asking legitimate questions. Legitimate questions to understand something or question something - that is respected and permissible. But when you act completely stupid, that is different.


I AM CALLING for the removal of Amos Newsome as a Dothan Commissioner. If the people are convicted for illegally cast votes for Newsome, the convictions of false ballots should be deducted from Newsomes total. Then if he would have lost, the respected thing is Newsome should resign.


Retired Dothan Police Chief John White called Newsome a racist. White is well spoken.
