HOUSTON COUNTY: A lawsuit has been filed in Houston County Circuit Court against TOALICK Entertainment LLC, Robert “Chris” Gilbert, individually and Ronnie McGlothlin individually.
The civil action was filed by Walker360, Inc., an advertising company. The complaint alleges unpaid invoices for advertising expenses. The complaint seeks $ 33,603.36 plus interest of $ 14,232.88.
The complaint alleges that Chris Gilbert and Ronnie McGlothlin gave personal guarantees for the money owed which has yet to be paid.
TOADLICK is following the footsteps of BAMAJAM in where civil actions are being filed for money not being paid to vendors.
At this time no court injunction has been filed seeking the TOADLICK shows to be cancelled until the monies paid.
The case has been assigned to Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Larry Anderson.
