LEFTA Systems for Field Training Officer (FTO) Patrol Application software, technical support and upgrades at a cost of $9,000.00 for the first year. Cost for technical support and upgrades after the initial three months will be $1,500.00 annually.

No.__________Awarding the bid and issuing a purchase order to Milsoft Utility Solutions for the IVR/OMS system for the sum of $222,462,00; entering into a maintenance agreement with Milsoft Utility Solutions for IVR/OMS systems technical support and software upgrades for the sum of $37,650.00 for one year support; providing funding to the IT Department for purchase of additional hardware and software interface required for the IVR/OMS system and integrations for the sum of $78,000.00,and appropriating funds for said items.
