Res. No.__________Canvassing the results of the City of Dothan Special Municipal Election held on February 10, 2015 for District 5.

Res. No.__________Declaring certain properties which are overgrown with weeds, scrub, wild bushes, grass and other vegetable growth as injurious to the health, safety and welfare of the community as nuisances and ordering that the properties be abated.

Res. No.__________Assessing properties for the cost of demolition of substandard structures and turning the amounts over to the county tax collector to be added to the next regular bills for taxes levied against the respective lots and/or parcels of land.

Res. No.__________Entering into an agreement with International Business Information Technologies, Inc., d.b.a. LEFTA Systems for Field Training Officer (FTO) Patrol Application software, technical support and upgrades at a cost of $9,000.00 for the first year. Cost for technical support and upgrades after the initial three months will be $1,500.00 annually.

Res. No.__________Executing the Dothan Utilities Water Supply Permit Application (Renewal) and issuing a check to ADEM in the amount of $3,095.00 for the renewal fee.

No.__________Awarding the bid and issuing a purchase order to Milsoft Utility Solutions for the IVR/OMS system for the sum of $222,462,00; entering into a maintenance agreement with Milsoft Utility Solutions for IVR/OMS systems technical support and software upgrades for the sum of $37,650.00 for one year support; providing funding to the IT Department for purchase of additional hardware and software interface required for the IVR/OMS system and integrations for the sum of $78,000.00,and appropriating funds for said items.
