Touch A Truck Coming to Landmark Park!

DOTHAN: Calling all kids! On May 2 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Landmark Park will host the annual Touch A Truck, featuring dozens of trucks for kids and adults to touch, explore and learn about their uses. 


Thanks to several business, many trucks will be featured at the event. Some of the equipment that will be present includes a bomb squad vehicle, university football truck, ice-cream truck, forklift, bobcat, TV and radio broadcast trucks  and more. A "quiet hour" will take place from 10 a.m.-11 a.m. for kids who are afraid of loud noises. 


Landmark Park is also hosting Touch A Truck birthday parties on the day of the event. For $250, you will receive 12 guest tickets that admit one child and one adult each, three reserved tables in the Stokes Activity Barn, custom invitations and envelopes, a construction themed birthday cake. Plates, napkins, forks, tablecloths, favor bags and one VIP parking space. Only a limited number of parties are available. Call 334-794-3452 for details. 


Admission to Touch A Truck is $5 for kids, $7 for adults and free for park members and children 2 and under. This event is sponsored by Alabama Power, Holland Crane, WDHN and The Joy 94.3 FM.


Concessions will also be available.
