Traffic Stop in Opp turns into 2 arrested for Drugs

On Wednesday, Opp Police Officer Phillip Joyner made a traffic stop on a


vehicle driven by Jeremy Scarbrough for a traffic violation. During the traffic


stop, Officer Joyner ran Scarbrough"s drivers license through Opp dispatch


and learned that his license was suspended. Dispatchers also informed


Officer Joyner that Scarbrough had a warrant though Pike County for


Violation of Probation.
