Possession of Less than 20 grams of Marijuana

Possession of (Marijuana) Drug Paraphernalia

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine)

Possession of (Methamphetamine) Drug Paraphernalia

Possession of a Controlled Substance (Klonopin a DEA Schedule IV Drug)

Possession of Medication without a Prescription

 

 

     On 10/28/2009 about 8:28 PM, the K-9 Unit of the Marianna Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Lafayette St.  The driver was identified as Chattahoochee resident, Brenda Ann Hall.  Hall’s vehicle was searched, which led to the discovery of suspected felony narcotics and narcotic equipment.  Hall was arrested on the above charges and will be housed at the Jackson County Correctional Facility.
