Trash Dumped in Taylor

This morning on South Brannon Stand Road in Taylor, a Waste Management truck making his rounds had a mechanical problem with some latched that hold the dump gate closed and dumped trash out on the hwy. A crew from the company had to come clean up the trash and repair the truck before the driver could move.
