Trial Of Child Molester Halted After Young Girl Unable To Testify

WDHN has an interesting story about a trial which was stopped after a four-year old girl allegedly molested by a family member took the stand but could not testify.
The trial has been put on hold while an argument surrounding the case is taken to an an Alabama appeals court.
