On February 24, 2014 the Chipley Police Department applied for received a felony warrant for the arrest of Lexus Roulhac. In early April, Roulhac was featured on News channel 13 Wheel of Justice and has been aired several times since. The warrant was a result of Roulhac selling cocaine to undercover officers. Roulhac had been eluding arrest for approximately 4 months. With the help from our community and the assistance of the Jackson County Sheriff’s Dept. Roulhac was taken into custody without incident on July 08. At the time Roulhac was arrested he was found to be in possession of marijuana.
