Two Capital Murder Charges Filed Against Cowarts Killer

WDHN's Ken Curtis reports two capital murder warrants have been obtained against accused killer Michael Allen Tharp.  He also reports Tharp could be indicted in near record time.  He is accused of killing his stepfather, Joseph Hendley, last week.
