Two Dothan Man Arrest for Second Degree Theft of Property

On June 26, 2012 the Dothan Police Department responded to a felony theft report at a local retailer. Upon arrival, police learned two suspects entered AT&T located at 2927 Ross Clark Circle and worked together to steal an electronic device. Surveillance turned over to investigators showed one suspect actively distracted the sales clerk while the second suspect concealed merchandise in his pocket after which both suspects left the store. Investigators say both suspect have now been identified and arrested bringing this case to a close.  

 

 

·        Damitri Young, black male, 20 years of age, of Jerome Court was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Property with a $15,000 bond.

 

·        Shonqueze Franklin, black male, 19 years of age, of South Ussery Street was arrested and charged with Second Degree Theft of Property with a $15,000 bond.
