On 10-02--2012 officers of the Marianna Police Department responded to a report of a residential robbery that had just occurred.  The suspects gained entry into the victim’s residence under false pretense, and proceeded to commit aggravated battery and strong arm robbery against victim.

The defendant did not know his attackers the night of the incident.  A canvas of the neighborhood located a witness who advised that two black females had come to his house approx. 10 minutes prior to the attack.  The witness also added that after the suspects left his front door they went over to victims residence across the street.

The following day an anonymous tip was received that named Breyuanna Hall, of 2803 Penn. Ave Marianna Fl. 32448, as one of the two suspects in the robbery.   Both victim and the witness positively identified Hall after being shown a six person photo lineup.

On 10-05-2012 Breyuanna Hall came into the police station and gave a recorded post Miranda sworn statement in which she admitted to committing the aggravated battery, and attempted robbery against Mr. Johnson.  Breyuanna Hall was arrested and taken to JCCF to await first appearance.  Further investigation revealed that Tyeast Pinder, of 4209 Yost St. Marianna, Fl. 32448, was the second suspect involved in the robbery and she was positively identified by the victim after being shown a photo lineup. On 10-09-2012 Tyeast Pinder came to the station and gave a post Miranda sworn statement admitting that she was an accomplice to the crimes above.  Tyest Pinder was arrested and taken to JCCF to await first appearance.

The defendants, Breyuanna Hall and Tyeast Pinder are charged with aggravated battery and attempted strong arm robbery of a mentally challenged citizen.
