On July 4th 2015, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Officer responded to a Home Invasion Robbery at a residence on Fleetwood Lane, east of Marianna.
The victim reported that during the early evening hours, two perpetrators entered his residence and snatched him out of bed by his feet. They proceeded to beat and stomp him, demanding money.
He was beaten on the top of the head with a blunt object, stomped, and tied up, before being left for dead. He received substantial injuries as a result of the attack, nearly losing two of his fingers. He sustained several contusions and abrasions as well as a large laceration to the top of his head.
