Two People Arrested on Burglary Charges in Washington County

(Chipley, FL; September 5, 2014)— The Washington County Sheriff’s Office reports the apprehension of two suspects in burglaries of residences on Highwater Lane and Backwoods Lane in Washington County.
WCSO investigators worked to identify and establish the suspects’ involvement in the residential burglaries that resulted in the theft of several thousands of dollars worth of property including firearms.
Arrested was:
Franklin Logan Peters, 24 year old white male of DeFuniak Springs, FL
· Armed Burglary
· Burglary of a Dwelling or Conveyance (2 Counts)
Mark David Harper, 38 year old white male of Fultondale, AL
· Armed Burglary
· Burglary of a Dwelling or Conveyance (2 Counts)
