Two Troopers Involved in Wreck While Enroute to Task Force Raid

Two Alabama State Troopers were involved in a two-vehicle collision on I-85, nortbound, near the Perry Hill Road exit early this morning (01-29-2010). The Troopers were not injured. The Troopers were participating in operations of the Governor's Task Force on Illegal Gambling.

Couple of follow ups... just based on the calls we the received..

 

1. how damaged were the cars??/

2. are the troopers suspended? etc.. what happens when they are in a wreck?

3. was speed a factor???

1. They were towed away

3. The crash is under investigation
