TYDALL AIR FORCE BASE:  Tyndall Air Force Base has been on lockdown most of the afternoon. The lockdown has been lifted.

The information we know at this time is siolder has tied up his wife and child and then left the residence. Law Enforcement found his vehicle was a arsenal of ammo in the vehicle.

The subject has since been located and taken into custody.
