Update 4: Shooting in Orlando - 1 Dead, 5 Injured - Suspect Arrested

ORLANDO: MSNBC is reporting that at least one person is dead and 7 are wounded at the Gateway Center, a high rise building. WESH TV is reporting that the incident began on the fourth floor.
At least four of the wounded are reported to be in serious condition.

Update 1: Reports are that the condition of some of the wounded victims are characterized as “extremely critical”. According to Orlando Police Spokesperson Sgt. Barbara Jones, only one shooter is thought to have been involved. The Orange County Sheriff's Office described the suspect as being a white male wearing male wearing a light-blue polo shirt and blue jeans light blue polo shirt and bluejeans. A SWAT team is in the process of clearing the 16 story building, searching for the suspect and removing additional victims.
UPDATE 2: WFTV - TV Orlando is reporting that a suspect has been identified as 40 year old Jason Rodriguez, possibly a former employee of a business in the office tower. A portion of I-4 has been shut down as police search for the suspect. His vehicle, a 2002 Silver Nissan SUV has been found. Detectives are currently with the suspect's mother.

UPDATE 4: NBC news is reporting the suspect has been arrested without incident at his mother's home. A spokesperson for the architectural firm Reynolds, Smith and Hills that Rodriguez worked for said that he was terminated in June of 2007 for “performance issue.”
Currently, there are five victims in stable condition at hospitals, and one victim dead.
