HOUSTON COUNTY:  At 8:52 AM Assistant Alabama Attorney General Sonny Reagan entered Judge Conaways courtroom escorted by two Assistant District Attorneys from District Attorney Doug Valeska office.

Deputy Rafferty announced per orders of Judge Conaway there are no cell phones to be on, no cameras and the doors to the courtroom are not to be opened during the hearing.

9:00. Supreme Court granted HEDA's request for the stay.
