UPDATE 9:45 w/Photos: Breaking News: Vehicle Fire with Entrapment

Dale County: Reports are a crash has occurred in the vicinity of Lingo and Mance Newton Road. A vehicle has been reported to be on fire and the occupant(s) are trapped in the vehicle. The location of the crash is in the Napier Field Road area.

UPDATE 8:15: The vehicle is located on Lingo Rd approximately 50 yards off of Mance Newton Rd. No one was in the vehicle at the time of the fire. The vehicle is a total loss.

This was not a wreck. No one was around the vehicle when units arrived. No one was injured in the incident.

The incident is under investigation by Dale County Sheriffs Dept.
