Update: Columbia Police in Pursuit

Columbia: Columbia Police turned around on a white F-150 pick up for driving all over the road. When the officer lit up the blues the driver saw green and took off. The officer gave chase down hwy 52 into Georgia. The driver wrecked the vehicle and fled on foot and got away by jumping a fence. Houston County Deputies responded to back up the the Columbia Officer. The suspect was last seen wearing black pants with a white shirt. Columbia Police ran the tag and it came back to a local plumbing supply company and according to the Columbia Officer the truck was damaged. Ferguson Wreck has been called to pick up the truck.
The suspect last seen going over the fence and was not seen again.

Early County Sheriff's Deputies have arrived on scene to back up Columbia Police and Houston County Deputies. The pickup has just been reported stolen from Bell Supply Company on Fortner street.
