Update: Dothan Police In Foot Chase

DOTHAN:   Dothan Police just had a foot chase that started at Adams Street and the railroad tracks. Dothan went to stop a vehicle and a person bailed from the vehicle.

The Dothan Officer gave a foot chase and apprehended the subject on Burdeshaw Street at Tuskegee Street after the foot chase. At this time we do not know why Dothan was chasing the subject.

Several Dothan Police are on the scene.

The suspect was a passenger in a small car that the officer had stopped, The passenger took off on the officer and the chase was on. The suspect had a warrant at the city and stated that is why he ran.
