Coffee County: EMS Personnel are on the scene of a bad wreck on US 84 and Coffee County 515. Reports are their is entrapment. The road is closed in that area due to the wreck. The extent of the injuries are not yet known. Will update when we know more.
Updated by Marty: It has been confirmed there is a fatality involved in this crash. It has also been confirmed that another patient was flown by Flat Iron to Flowers Hospital in Dothan. It has also been confirmed that a Coffee County Highway Department vehicle was involved in the crash. I do have pictures and they will be posted when notification of next of kin has been notified and confirmed.

A two-vehicle crash Wednesday morning in Coffee County claimed the life of an Opp man and injured another. The crash occurred at 11 a.m. on U.S. 84 at the intersection ofCoffee County 515. Jerry Carr, 64, was killed when the 2001 Dodge Dakota that was driven by Douglas Lawson, 65, of Elba was struck by a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Carl Ray Drummond, 49, of Enterprise. Drummond was not injured in the crash, and Lawson was transported to Flowers Hospital in Dothan for treatment of his injuries. No further information is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
