Over 2,500 Experience Outages From Saturday Storm
Strong storms came across Pea River Electric's service area Saturday afternnoon, April 25th. We had outages starting in Clayton and Eufaula, then Ozark and across Dale County and over into southeast Henry County.
At one time, we had approximately 2,500 members out of power. Pea River Electric crews had power restored to everyone about midnight.
After all of our members had power restored, several Pea River linemen went to help our neighboring co-op, Wiregrass Electric in Hartford, restore power to their members.
Thanks to all of our members for your patience as we worked to restore power.
