UPDATE NO 1 BREAKING NEWS: Vehicle vs Motorcycle In Dale County

DALE COUNTY:  Dale County E-911 Center has responded emergency units at a motor vehicle vs. motorcycle accident in the Skipperville area,

The accident is just off County Road 105. There is reported trauma in the accident.

Dale County Sheriff Deputies, Alabama State Troopers and Dale County Rescue and Skipperville Rescue are responding. Flat Iron helicopter has also been dispatched to the scene.

UPDATE NO 1 @ 2:08 PM

Flat Iron has flown the patient to Southeast Alabama Medical Center from the accident scene.

The scene is on County Road 33 south of Hwy. 105, in the Skipperville area of Dale County.

Information is the accident did not involve another vehicle, but involved the motorcycle striking a tree at a high rate of speed.

The patient, a male in early 30's,  is in critical condition. Please lift him up in your prayers.
